Pine

Pine was a long-term unfurnished rental that we converted to a fully furnished mid-term rental in Youngsville, NC.

After a third-party completed a move-out clean, the walls were painted in an easy to maintain and bright shade of white. We used some peel-and-stick products to improve the look of the kitchen backsplash, and replaced the drawer knobs in the bathrooms. We created a nice outdoor sitting area under the carport to relax after a long day or to enjoy that first coffee in the morning.

We were able to tastefully furnish, stock, and decorate this 2 bedroom, 2 bath house for less than the property owner’s $5,000 budget (excluding paint, painting labor, and 3rd party movers) with found and second-hand items and a few new purchases.
