Post Oak #2 needed a soft, natural look to appeal to traveling professionals. We incorporated thrifted accents, reused existing textiles, and added warm terracotta touches. The result is a calm, inviting rental with a timeless feel.

A light, airy refresh using upcycled décor and neutral tones.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment conversion located in Raleigh, NC. The home is a 1700 sq. ft. single-family ranch home that we divided into 2 apartments.

We wanted to make this space gender-neutral and clutter-free without feeling cold and sterile. We painted the kitchen cabinets and wainscotting in a uniform color to visually unify the kitchen and living room areas. We used high-quality peel & stick products strategically to maximize impact. We focused on these cost-saving strategies and others such as reusing items the client already had on hand and finding inexpensive treasures at local garage sales and on Marketplace
