About Me

Hey there! I’m a Raleigh-based mid-term rental host, and I’ve been welcoming traveling medical professionals, digital nomads, and guests needing 90–120 day stays since 2021. What started as a fun project and creative outlet has turned into something I truly love—creating warm, stylish, and comfortable spaces where people can settle in and feel at home, even if they’re only here for a few months.

I’ve learned that temporary housing doesn’t have to feel temporary. I put a lot of care into furnishing and designing each home so it’s genuinely cozy, practical, and inviting not just “move-in ready.”  My guests work long shifts, juggle remote jobs, or transition between life chapters—so I do everything I can to make their stay smooth, stress-free, and a little extra special.

Expanding My Work

After years of hosting and refining what makes a mid-term rental successful, I’m excited to take things a step further. I’m now offering my experience and design skills to other property owners who want to convert their short-term rentals into fully furnished mid-term or long-term homes. From layout and décor to functionality and guest experience, I help owners create beautiful, comfortable spaces that attract reliable tenants and stand out in the market.
